CC Inserts^TM provide a deep crisp note to any exhaust system. Developed to quiet racing exhaust systems, the Inserts provide a very light, efficient alternative to bulky mufflers. Testing has demonstrated that CC Inserts^TM can improve low AND mid range power, even when compared to open headers. When used in street applications you gain all of the benefits of the race units with an aggressive exhaust note that hints of a full race system.

Car Chemistry, Inc. cannot guarantee that any specific application will meet the sound requirements of all municipalities or other governmental agencies. The wide variety of engine configurations and exhaust system designs preclude guaranteeing that all systems using CC Inserts™ will be street legal.

Inserts are available in sizes from 2" diameter to 4" diameter in 2 or 3 disk configuration. The size is based on the outside (OD) diameter of the pipe the Inserts are to fit into. Each application will be different. Some race applications have proven satisfactory with only a single disk insert. The use of CC Inserts™ allows the user to custom tailor the unit for his specific application. Multiple inserts can be used "in-line" to further quiet the exhaust if desired.
